The Pompey Supporters’ Trust were saddened to learn about the death of Pompey fan Simon Humber, who sadly passed away last Thursday, aged just 45.

The dedicated Blues fan – who lived in Vancouver, but was originally from the Isle of Wight – fought cancer with incredible bravery, determination and openness.

Simon was a popular member of the Pompey Anorak Brigade and the London Blues.  He moved to Canada 11 years ago to take up his dream job as part of EA’s FIFA team, becoming creative director in 2011, but attended games whenever he was back in the UK.

Many of his friends were at the game on Saturday and everyone at the PST would like to send their deepest condolences to Simon’s family.
