Pompey v Cardiff
Whilst much of the media over the weekend has focused on other matters surrounding the game, it must not be forgotten that this match was also a tribute to the memory of the legend that is Alan Knight.
The Pompey Supporters Trust would like to put on record its sincere thanks to the supporters of Pompey and Cardiff for their impeccable observation of the minute’s silence before the game.
The respect shown for the passing of Alan Knight was truly moving and will live long in the memory of everyone who was there.
