On March 30th 2012, we launched our community share scheme to the general public. The club was on its knees and we desperately needed YOUR help.
3 years on from that day, we were delighted to see such a positive financial statement coming from what is now OUR club.
We’re now proud to be able to share with you the club accounts for the financial year ending 30th June 2014. The full document can be downloaded here: -

As you will see, it is a lengthy document but some figures jump out. For instance, we made an operating profit of £118,000 and the club debt was dramatically slashed from £14 million to £5 million. We now know of course that it was cleared completely later in 2014.
But these accounts tell a deeper story than just a couple of headline figures; they show the acquisition of a training ground, they show the scale of work needed just to keep the stadium fit to live in and they give a hint to the amount of work needed to improve every other sector of the match day experience and to bring in extra revenue.
