The PST will hold its 16th Annual General Meeting at 7pm on Monday 17th November. The meeting will be held online via Zoom. At the meeting, the PST will give an overview of our activity during the 2024/25 season, present our accounts, and vote on any motions put forward by members.

All Motions, including motions to amend rules, must be submitted in accordance with rule 49. Motions must be submitted by Monday 10th November to the PST Secretary at [email protected]

3. Heritage & Advisory Board

Representatives from the PST meet with the club's owners Tornante four times a year on the Heritage And Advisory Board. In these meetings, confidential information is shared about the club's long-term strategic direction. This ensures supporters are involved at the early stages of planning.

The PST’s representatives for the 2025/26 season are Alan Scott, Donald Vass and Simon Colebrook. The first meeting of the season took place this month, where we spoke with Michael and Eric Eisner about our player recruitment strategy, the club’s funding model, and the search for a new Chief Financial Officer.

4. South Coast Derby

We met extensively with the football club and Hampshire Police ahead of this year's South Coast Derby fixtures to discuss the policing, travel and ticketing arrangements, with a view to finding the best possible solution for supporters. Although we spoke out against the use of club-managed travel for the fixtures, we appreciate the club’s efforts to make this run smoothly for supporters, and recognise how effectively their plan was carried out.

We're pleased that, based on suggestions in these meetings, supporters were given a range of pick-up locations, helping to minimise the unnecessary journey times some fans would've needed to make as a result of the mandated coach travel. This was an improvement on arrangements for the previous ‘bubble’ fixture in the 2011/12 season. We're also pleased that - following representation from the PST -  the club agreed to further subsidise the cost of coach travel, saving each ticket holder £4.50.

We'll be asking Pompey fans their thoughts on the South Coast Derby arrangements as part of our annual supporter survey later in the season, so that we can best represent your views when discussing any potential meetings between the sides in future campaigns.

5. PST's Away Ticket Scheme

The Pompey Supporters' Trust receives an exclusive allocation of away tickets for each fixture, which we make available to our members via a ballot system. This allows a small portion of the club's total allocation to be made available to those who may not otherwise be able to access matches via the loyalty point system. So far this season, the following numbers of PST members have got tickets via the Trust for each fixture:

Oxford - 31

West Brom - 54

Southampton - 57

Ipswich - 42

Leicester - 70

Birmingham - 42

Hull – 36

If you're not already part of the PST's Away Ticket Scheme, we'll be opening up access to PST members once again in January. Please ensure your PST membership is up to date, and you'll receive information on how to apply for tickets for the second half of the season.

6. Tony Goodall Fans' Conference

The Pompey Supporters’ Trust helps to organise and run the Tony Goodall Fans’ Conference, which brings together representatives from around 20 different supporter groups. In these meetings, CEO Andy Cullen and other club staff take questions from supporter representatives on a range of topics. The first meeting of the season was held this month, where attendees discussed first-team injuries, arrangements for the South Coast Derby, and more. You can read the minutes from the meeting here.
