All members/shareholders are reminded that voting for our 2014 election closes at 6pm on 5th September 2014 and all ballots must be received by that date to count.
To recap, there are six candidates standing for election his year and their manifestos can be found under the 'About Us/PST Election' area of this website.
The candidates are

• David Maples
• Michael Saunders
• Mark Trapani
• Pam Wilkins
and we would encourage all of our members to feel free to ask them all questions about their statements.
The ballot will be conducted by Email and Post. Please remember that not more than one vote will be accepted from any email address so that if more than one member currently uses the same email address, the others will need to vote by printing off the voting form and posting it.
If nicknames are used in the voting process, they may not be recognised and the vote cast will not be counted.
The 5th AGM will be held on the 29th September 2014 at Fratton Park when the results will be declared, if not earlier, and you can meet the successful candidates.
The subject line should say “Trust Election”
• You should include your name and your Post Code
• Your membership number (as shown on this email)
• The name(s) of the people you are voting for
• You may vote for up to FIVE people
