The PST held its 9th AGM this Thursday 20th September.
Members attending saw a video message from Michael and Eric Eisner and also had an opportunity to quiz Mark Catlin on the latest developments at Pompey.
Chairman Simon Colebrook, updated members on the events of last year, the progress on the Share Withdrawal Scheme and also how the Heritage and Advisory Board has operated.
Treasurer Donald Vass, gave an update on the finances of the Trust.
The attendees passed a vote to amend the rules of the Trust to better reflect its new status and role.
Finally, the meeting gave a special presentation to former board member Pam Wilkins to recognise her long service to the Trust and all Pompey fans.
