At 8pm on Friday 19th May the voting period on the two proposals put to PST Members and Shareholders, in respect to the sale of Portsmouth Football Club, ends.
If you have not yet voted then to avoid any post not arriving in time a Vote can be registered by Email before the deadline.
All post arriving AFTER the last post on Friday 19th May at the designated postal address will be VOID.
For anyone wishing to vote in person, the PITC office will be closed from 5pm on Friday.
To Vote by Email you should send an email to [email protected] which contains the answer/s to the proposals you are voting on.
The two proposals are as follows:
1.
THE PST SHOULD SELL THE SHARES HELD IN PORTSMOUTH COMMUNITY FOOTBALL CLUB TO THE TORNANTE COMPANY
Or
THE PST SHOULD NOT SELL THE SHARES HELD IN PORTSMOUTH COMMUNITY FOOTBALL CLUB TO THE TORNANTE COMPANY
2.
THE PST SHOULD APPROVE THE SALE OF SHARES BY THE PRESIDENTS
Or
THE PST SHOULD NOT APPROVE THE SALE OF SHARES BY THE PRESIDENTS
If you are a shareholder then you VOTE ON BOTH PROPOSALS.
If you an ordinary member then you VOTE ONLY ON PROPOSAL 2.
The ballots will be counted and verified on Saturday and the result will be made public on Monday afternoon.
