The results of the 2016 Trust Election are in and we are delighted to reveal that previous Board members Ashley Brown and John Kimbell have been re-elected to serve on the Board for another 3 years.
John said upon hearing the news “I’m delighted to have been re-elected and I’d like to thank everyone that voted for me. I thoroughly enjoyed my first 3 years on the PST board and am looking forward to being able to continue to work on a number of key projects both at PST and PFC board level over the coming months and years. I’d also like to congratulate Phil on his election to the board and wish David and Andrew all the best – hopefully they will stand for election again next year”
Ashley Brown was also pleased to be returned, "Very pleased to be re-elected to the PST board for another term and keen to continue the good work already underway at both the PFC and PST. I'd also like to welcome Phil to the PST board who I'm sure will do a great job and bring some fresh ideas, plus welcome back John Kimbell who will be able to continue the great work he has been doing for the Junior Blues and Nelsons Family Section."
They are joined by Phil Sandys who is a newcomer to the Board, he said "I feel extremely honoured and privileged to have been elected to the PST board. Thank you to everybody who voted, and congratulations to Ashley and John on being re-elected. I'm very much looking forward to my first board meeting, and the opportunity to work alongside the other board members".
Commiserations go to David Maples and Andrew Smith who narrowly missed out on being successful this year.
