Around 30 ex-Pompey favourites from down the decades, including Hermann Hreidarsson, Paul Walsh, Alan Knight, Alan Biley, Ray Crawford, Kit Symons, Kevin Ball, Noel Blake, Kevin Dillon, Vince Hilaire, John Milkins, Sean Davis, Mark Chamberlain and Martin Allen have accepted an invitation to appear on stage at a fabulous night of nostalgia and fun - "Life and Chimes - The Pompey Story!" - at the Kings Theatre in Southsea on Monday October 16th at 7.30.
There will also be action clips and comedy sketches around famous Pompey moments in history. The show includes, too, contributions from other old stars,
Darren Anderton, Micky Quinn, Linvoy Primus, Arjan de Zeeuw, Shaka Hislop, Guy Whittingham and Chris Kamara among them - and you will hear as well from famous opposition players such as Rio Ferdinand and Steve McManaman.
Tickets for the ADULTS ONLY show, which is presented by sports commentators Peter Brackley and lifelong Pompey fan Ian Darke, are still available - including the £15 seats, which are now on sale online (these seats were previously only available by telephone order.)

The club-backed show, which is in aid of Portsmouth in the Community and the Pompey Supporters Trust as well as the Oakley Waterman Foundation, is similar to hugely successful recent memories nights for Brighton and Hove Albion and Southampton(!), playing to ecstatic full houses on both occasions.
Mark Trapani from the Supporters Trust saw the Brighton event and described it as "a fantastic night Pompey fans won't want to miss!"
